switching to Orange

You'd be forgiven for thinking changing mobile phone networks is a hassle. But with Orange, it's seamless. Our hassle-free joining process keeps you in uninterrupted contact with colleagues, clients and suppliers throughout.

We believe switching should be simple and straightforward, which is why we've made it that way - with only four steps to a seamless switch.

switching to Orange

the four steps

  • 1.

    step 1 - we develop a plan

The first thing we do is understand your business needs, so we can clarify what we'll deliver and when. We'll then collect the names, job titles and phone numbers of everyone in your organisation who will be switching to Orange. It all goes in the plan.

  • 2.

step 2 - we work out the numbers

We figure out the right account and billing structure (how you'd like to pay and when) and confirm exactly what you've ordered. We'll also let you decide whether you want to keep your existing phone numbers, or if you'd like us to give you a set of new ones.

  • 3.

step 3 - we deliver your order

After we've confirmed what phones and accessories you've ordered, just let our implementation team know where and when you want them delivered. We'll customise and label each phone for you to make getting them to the right people hassle-free.

  • 4.

step 4 - we connect and collect

Once our implementation team has verified all the details and set up your account and final billing requirements, we'll connect your people to the Orange network. And we'll remove and recycle any old phones you don't need, so they don't end up as landfill.
