24 hour replacement service for faulty handsets
We don't think you should have to wait, or pay, if your handset is faulty. So we now include a 24 hour* replacement service for faulty handsets as standard on specified business plans.
- we replace faulty handsets (like for like), SIMs and chargers free - dispatched usually within 24 hours of agreeing the fault
- batteries are also covered for the first 6 months
- if your service plan includes faulty handset replacement there is no additional charge for it
- an administration fee may be payable for claims
*Please be aware that the replacement of iPhones is carried out by Apple and that they endeavour to dispatch replacements within 24 hours. A credit card or visa debit card is required for a holding deposit that is refunded when the faulty device is returned and checked.
