Orange Care covers any Orange phone or device approved by Orange which is lost, stolen, damaged or develops a fault.
From just £6 per phone per month (excludes certain high value devices) Orange Care is available for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For high value handsets such as the iPhone Orange Care is just £12 per phone per month.
Orange Care covers any Orange phone or device approved by Orange which is lost, stolen, damaged or develops a fault. We can arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you usually within 24 hours of your claim being agreed.
The replacement will be delivered to a UK address. An excess will be applied to all accepted claims, see table for excess payable.

Orange Care covers any Orange phone or device approved by Orange which is lost, stolen, damaged or develops a fault.
If your phone is lost, stolen or damaged anywhere in the world, we will arrange to send your replacement to you to any UK address.
There are some things we don't cover, for example loss, theft or damage to your mobile device where the mobile device was not on your person or the authorised user's person at the time of the incident, unless the mobile device was securely locked away and kept out of sight. Proof of forced entry may be requested to support your claim. We are also unable to cover items like car kits, car phones and accessories

Subject to Orange Care General Terms and Conditions and your Customer Agreement. There is a minimum four month subscription to Orange Care.
Where Orange Business Services customers are entitled to Orange Care (as specified in your agreement with Orange) the Orange Care General Terms and Conditions apply.
