lost and stolen
You never know what's round the corner, but here's some information that might come in useful if something happens to one of your Orange devices.
If you have Clone Phone, Orange Care or Insurance you‘ll be covered for a lost and stolen phone. Or, you can opt for an emergency replacement which comes at a fee.
Just to be 100% clear, lost or stolen phones are not covered by manufacturer warranties (they only deal with faults).
- The next step is to contact business customer services on +44 (0) 7973 100 158 or call 158 from an Orange phone to report the loss, get the phone barred, and arrange a replacement.
- If a phone or device has been lost or stolen, we'll need you or your user to report it to the police and get a reference number (for stolen phones you need a crime reference number; for lost phones, a lost property number).
- Once we've arranged a replacement, your lost or stolen phone will arrive by post. We can only deliver replacement equipment to UK addresses.
- For courier replacements, we'll arrange a delivery period with you. All courier deliveries require a signature.
